We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven Bakery Outlet Manager to manage our Live Bakery at Reliance Smart Bazaar, Belagavi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily bakery operations, sales and customer service.
- Drive sales growth, improve conversions and increase average billing value.
- Supervise production, product quality, freshness and display.
- Manage staff scheduling, discipline, training and performance.
- Handle POS billing, cash reconciliation, inventory and stock control.
- Minimise wastage, damages and operational costs.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety and store presentation standards.
- Submit daily sales, production and operational reports to management.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in bakery, QSR, food retail or store management.
- Robust leadership, sales and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer, POS and inventory management knowledge.
- Self-motivated, accountable and target-oriented.

Preference: Candidates with hands-on food retail experience and the ability to independently manage an outlet.
