Role &

- Responsibilities

- End-to-End Video Production: Take raw footage and independently manage the complete post-production workflow, including assembly cuts, rough cuts, fine-tuning, and final delivery.

- Pacing &
- Storytelling:

Craft engaging narrative arcs, maintain high audience retention, and apply agile pacing suited for YouTube content.

- Post-Polish &

- Sound Design:

Handle basic color grading, audio cleanup, sound effects (SFX), and background score integration.

- Motion Graphics &

- Assets:

Add engaging text animations, lower thirds, transitions, and meme inserts/pop-ups to elevate visual appeal.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing YouTube videos, vlogs,



or digital content managed end-to-end.

- Software Proficiency: Expert command of Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and colour grading is a strong plus.

- Creative Eye: Up-to-date with current YouTube editing trends, meme culture, pacing techniques, and visual storytelling styles.
