About the Role

MFA Technologies is looking for a skilled and proactive Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in Zoho application customisation, Deluge scripting, third-party integrations, and business process automation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements and translating them into efficient, scalable solutions by leveraging the Zoho ecosystem and integrating it with other business applications to improve productivity, streamline operations, and reduce manual intervention.

Key Responsibilities

- Customise Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and user permissions.
- Develop custom functions, scripts, and business logic using Zoho Deluge.
- Design and implement end-to-end workflow automation across business processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and JSON.
- Develop custom business applications, forms, and workflows using Zoho Creator.
- Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API, websites, payment gateways, ERP, and other business applications.
- Automate lead management, customer follow-ups, task assignments, notifications, approvals, and escalation processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business analytics using Zoho Analytics and native reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, optimise existing workflows, and ensure reliable data synchronisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, conduct testing, and provide post-deployment support.

Required Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and implementation.




- Solid expertise in Zoho CRM customisation and Deluge scripting.
- Practical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and third-party application integrations.
- Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and cross-application workflow automation.
- Understanding of data mapping, validation, synchronisation, and error handling.
- Knowledge of Zoho user management, security permissions, and access controls.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage development activities from requirement gathering to deployment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Analytics.
- Integration experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API, ERP, CRM, and accounting applications.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience in developing customer-specific business applications and automation solutions.
- Exposure to project implementation, customer interaction, and technical documentation.
