Job Summary

We are urgently hiring an experienced and qualified Workshop Manager for an opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in workshop management, maintenance operations, team supervision, and equipment or vehicle maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily workshop activities, ensuring maintenance quality, supervising technicians, and maintaining operational efficiency and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily workshop and maintenance operations.
- Lead, assign, and monitor the work of technicians and maintenance staff.
- Plan preventive maintenance and coordinate repair activities.
- Diagnose operational issues and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Monitor workshop productivity, quality standards, and turnaround time.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, spare parts, and inventory.




- Coordinate spare parts requirements and ensure availability of essential materials.
- Implement workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare maintenance reports and update management on workshop performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in workshop management or maintenance operations.
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager is preferred.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of maintenance procedures, repair operations, and workshop equipment.
- Ability to plan work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must meet the stated age requirement of below 40 years, subject to applicable employment requirements.
