We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, manage technicians, and ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily workshop operations.
- Assign jobs and monitor the performance of technicians and other staff.
- Ensure vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed on time.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage workshop inventory, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and service requirements.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and workshop reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the workshop.
- Monitor productivity and improve overall workshop efficiency.





Requirements

- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and workshop operations.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and inventory management.
- Relevant technical qualification or experience in the automotive field is preferred.
