Job Title: Workday HRMS Techno-Functional (IT)

We are looking for a hands-on Workday HCM Techno-Functional role with solid experience in configuration, implementation, integration and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Workday Core HCM, employee lifecycle processes, and Business Processes.
- Manage Workday security, custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting.
- Support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, and SFTP.
- Handle data migration, mass loads, testing, release updates, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with HR stakeholders, vendors, and integration teams to ensure effective Workday operations.

Mandatory Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday implementation and HCM configuration experience.




- Strong Core HCM, Business Process configuration, security, reporting, and integration knowledge.
- Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and end-to-end Workday implementation or major rollout.

Note: Candidates with only end-user, HR operations, UAT, reporting-only, or coordination experience without hands-on configuration will not be considered.
