Role: Workday Core HCM Consultant

Experience: 9 to 15 Years

Must Have: Configured HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Compensation

Workday Core HCM Functional Consultant

: • 8+ years of progressive experience with HR Systems and technologies, Workday experience preferred

- Robust understanding of HR business processes
- Strong understanding of data governance, operating guidelines, and quality control best practices
- Proven ability to articulate and advocate for architectural best practices, influencing teams to build for maintainability and future adaptability.
- Experience, or ability to adapt and learn, in participating in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and planning initiatives
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating and analyzing HR reports and metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and intermediate level with Excel
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
