Job Title: Workato Lead

Experience: 7–9 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 Days from Office)

We are looking for an experienced Workato Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise integrations and automation solutions using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workato recipe development, integration architecture, API integrations, and enterprise application connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Workato recipes, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Lead integration architecture discussions covering microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging, and enterprise data hubs.
- Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and identify integration opportunities.
- Oversee development, testing, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of integrations.
- Define integration governance, security practices, and enterprise operating models.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Support platform setup, implementation, and post-deployment enhancements.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 7 years of experience designing and developing integrations using Workato.
- Robust understanding of APIs, integration architecture, and automation workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, E-Business Suite, and databases.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and business process optimization.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.

Compliance & Interview Process:

- PF and background verification are mandatory.
- UAN number is required during profile submission.
- Candidates must complete BGV documentation covering education, employment, and address details.
- Candidates selected in the client L1 round must attend a face-to-face interview at a nearby client location.
- Interview process: 1 round with Prowess, followed by 1–2 client rounds.
- Previous Infosys interview history must be confirmed.
