- MBA/PGDM in HR with 7+ years HR experience and 3+ years hands-on Workday HCM expertise
- Manage Workday Core HCM and Business Process framework, handle configurations, enhancements, and system optimization
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 7+ years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM
- Solid understanding of core HR functional processes.
- Must have experience in both Core HCM and Business Process framework in Workday modules.
