About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven sales engineer with experience in selling PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and LCNC (Low-Code/No-Code) solutions . The ideal candidate will drive enterprise sales, acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and deliver technology solutions that support digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers through B2B sales and business development.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.

• Promote PLM, MES, and LCNC solutions to manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, engineering, and industrial clients.

• Engage with CXOs, IT/OT leaders, engineering heads, and manufacturing decision-makers.

• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver product demonstrations and customized solutions.





• Build a strong sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Develop relationships with technology vendors, OEMs, and system integrators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in PLM, MES, LCNC, or industrial digital transformation.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition, and enterprise deal closure.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial technology solutions.

• Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree preferred.

Preferred Technology Exposure

• PLM: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE

• MES: Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, AVEVA MES, SAP Digital Manufacturing

• LCNC: Mendix, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian
