Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Wedding Production Executive to manage and execute wedding events with a robust focus on in-house décor production. The role involves coordinating between design, workshop, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure timely production, flawless installation, and high-quality wedding setups.

Key Responsibilities

Décor Production & Planning

- Plan production schedules for in-house workshop activities
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, props, florals, and rentals
- Supervise in-house décor production, fabrication, and finishing quality

Event Execution

- Oversee loading, logistics, and transportation of décor materials
- Manage on-site setup, styling, rehearsals, and dismantling
- Ensure décor execution matches approved designs and client expectations
- Handle last-minute changes and on-ground challenges efficiently

Team & Vendor Coordination

- Supervise workshop staff, carpenters, fabricators, and freelancers
- Coordinate with external vendors (lighting, sound, florals, rentals, etc.)




- Maintain clear communication between office, workshop, and site teams

Budget & Inventory Control

- Track décor inventory, props, and assets
- Assist in cost control, wastage management, and material planning
- Coordinate vendor POs and basic billing support

Quality & Safety

- Ensure structural safety, venue compliance, and production standards
- Maintain cleanliness, storage, and post-event returns

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding décor production or event execution
- Strong understanding of décor materials, fabrication, and installation
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work long hours, travel, and handle physically demanding environments
