Position: TEAM LEADER (Au shift)-IT Website services
Location: Kolkata ,Park Circus (WFO)
Shift: Morning (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Offs)
Salary Range: Fixed+ incentives
Only Experience Required: 5–8 years as a Team Leader handling the Australia (AU) Market (IT /Website)
About the Role:
Are you an energetic, independent leader with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a rapid-paced environment? JR Technologies Web Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Team Leader with solid experience in the Australian software and IT services market to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Supervise team members and drive them to achieve monthly revenue and lead generation targets.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Source, generate,
and qualify potential new software service customers in the AU market.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calls, draft targeted email campaigns, and develop client databases.
- Proposal & Closing: Handle proposal writing, follow-ups, requirement gathering, closing calls, and act as a bridge between the client and the development team.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate communication logs and data records.
