Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support the Decor Design & Production team. The intern will gain practical exposure to décor concepts, design preparation, production coordination, material planning, and on-site execution at weddings and events. This role is suited to candidates interested in event design, décor, production, interiors, architecture, or visual styling.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the design team in developing décor concepts, mood boards, reference presentations, layouts, and design documentation.

· Help source, organize, and maintain décor references, material samples, fabric options, floral ideas, and styling details.

· Support preparation of event checklists, material lists, production notes, and execution schedules.

· Coordinate with the production, floral, lighting, fabrication, and operations teams under the guidance of supervisors.

· Assist with checking materials, props, furniture, structures, and décor elements before dispatch and at the venue.

· Support on-site installation, styling, setup, finishing, quality checks, and event breakdown when required.

· Monitor execution against approved designs and promptly communicate discrepancies, delays, or material requirements to the team lead.

· Help maintain organized records, photographs, updates, and post-event notes for internal coordination.

· Follow venue rules, workplace instructions, safety practices, and professional standards during office and site work.

Skills & Qualifications

· Interest in décor design, weddings, events, production, interiors, architecture,



or visual merchandising.

· Students, freshers, or candidates pursuing/recently completing a relevant course are welcome to apply.

· Creative thinking, attention to detail, a good visual sense, and willingness to learn.

· Valuable communication, teamwork, punctuality, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools is an advantage, not mandatory.

· Comfortable working at event venues and adapting to event schedules, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional travel when required.

· Ability to manage practical tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You Will Learn

· How wedding décor concepts are developed and translated into on-ground execution.

· Basics of event production planning, material coordination, vendor/team communication, and site management.

· Styling, finishing, quality control, and coordination across décor, floral, lighting, and production teams.

· Professional work practices in premium weddings and experiential events.

Performance Expectations

· Complete assigned tasks accurately and within agreed timelines.

· Share clear progress updates and raise issues promptly with the reporting supervisor.

· Handle materials, design references, and event information responsibly.

· Demonstrate reliability, collaboration, adaptability, and a willingness to take feedback.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
