Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive intern whose primary responsibility will be website development, with social media management as a secondary responsibility.

This role is open to candidates working with different website technologies, frameworks, or content management systems. We value your ability to build functional websites, explain your technical decisions, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate work you have personally completed.

Job Details

- Internship duration: 3 months.
- Work arrangement: Remote, with preference for Pune-based candidates.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with scheduled breaks.
- Academic flexibility: Working hours may be adjusted to accommodate academic commitments, subject to prior discussion and agreed availability.
- Equipment: Candidates must have their own laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection.
- Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 per month, based on demonstrated skills and assessment.

Job Duties

Primary: Website Development

- Develop, update, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for Panthak and assigned client projects.
- Translate business requirements, content, and design references into functional web pages.
- Work with suitable technologies, frameworks, or content management systems based on project requirements.
- Implement and test forms, navigation, links, and basic integrations.
- Troubleshoot layout, functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility issues.




- Support website performance improvements and basic on-page SEO implementation.
- Test work before submission and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain clear documentation of changes, project files, and progress.
- Follow approval processes before publishing changes to live websites.

Secondary: Social Media Support

- Assist with content calendars, creatives, captions, and post scheduling.
- Adapt approved content for relevant social media platforms.
- Support routine account updates and basic engagement activities.
- Maintain simple activity trackers and performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills

- Students or recent graduates in computer science, IT, engineering, design, or related disciplines are welcome. Candidates from other backgrounds with relevant practical skills may also apply.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience with at least one website development framework, platform, or content management system.
- Understanding of responsive design and basic website testing.
- Ability to demonstrate at least one website or web project personally developed or substantially contributed to.
- Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain your work clearly.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
- Positive communication, time management, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to commit to the agreed schedule for three months.

Benefits

- Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹7,000.




- Opportunity to earn a performance bonus of up to ₹30,000 during the internship, subject to defined targets, eligibility, and the applicable bonus policy. This is not guaranteed compensation.
