Role Description This full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area and is open to freshers only. In this position, the Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce company products and services, and explain key features and benefits clearly. The role involves identifying potential leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into sales while maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in the internal systems.

The Telesales

Executive will handle basic customer questions, provide prompt support,



and escalate complex issues when needed. Daily activities include meeting call and sales targets, collaborating with the sales team, and sharing customer feedback to improve processes and offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and basic proficiency in English and local languages.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries politely, manage objections, and build positive customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support the closing of sales over the phone.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with calling software and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work from the office in the Kolkata metropolitan area and follow structured schedules and performance targets.
- Ability to learn quickly, handle repetitive tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced telesales environment.
- Minimum higher secondary education (12th pass) or equivalent; a graduate degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
