CertED Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Full-Time Telecaller at our Gwalior office.

Job Role: Telecaller – College & University AdmissionsKey Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students and parents to explain college and university admission opportunities.
- Provide information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and maintain student enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team to ensure smooth admission processing.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and a professional approach to student counselling.
- Ability to achieve calling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.
