We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Manager to manage the storage, inventory, and movement of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and other solar installation materials. The candidate will ensure proper stock management, timely material dispatch to project sites, and accurate inventory records to support smooth solar project operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching solar materials and equipment.

- Maintain accurate inventory records for solar panels, inverters, cables, structures, electrical components, and accessories.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and operations teams for timely material availability.

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

- Ensure materials are properly stored, handled, and protected from damage.





- Arrange and coordinate material dispatch to installation sites according to project requirements.

- Track material movement and maintain proper inward and outward registers.

- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.

- Identify stock shortages, damaged materials, and discrepancies, and report them to management.

- Coordinate with installation teams, project managers, vendors, and transport providers.

- Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organized storage practices.

- Prevent material wastage, loss, and unauthorized usage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
