Job Title : Warehouse Manager

Location : Bhubaneswar

Experience : 3-4years in warehouse operation preferable from 3PL

Summary :

You will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, including team coordination, inventory management, stock movement, reporting and documentation, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, stock movements, and inventory records.
- Process Stock Transfer Notes (STNs), dispatches, billing, and operational documentation.
- Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly MIS reports and stock statements.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate stock locations and up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor and manage damaged, blocked, and non-effective (NE) stock.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, EHS guidelines, and warehouse safety requirements.
- Monitor logistics KPIs,



third-party logistics (3PL) transactions, and branch manpower utilization.
- Support warehouse audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and stock management.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and 3PL processes.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
