1. Warehouse Operations

- Manage daily warehouse activities, including material receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Ensure proper storage and prevent material damage or wastage.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping.

2. Inventory & Documentation

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor inward and outward material movements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proficiency in Odoo, MS Office, and inventory management software.

3. Team & Manpower Management

- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Manage multiple manpower teams and monitor their productivity.
- Ensure effective workforce utilisation and smooth warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and logistics teams.

4. Candidate Requirements

- Preferably a local candidate familiar with the surrounding area.
- Proficiency in the local language, Hindi, and English.
- Previous experience in handling and managing multiple manpower teams.
- Working knowledge of Odoo and MS Office.
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
