Role Description This is a full-time Warehouse Manager role based in Pune City, structured as a hybrid position with some flexibility for work from home.

The Warehouse

Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory handling, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing staffing, monitoring productivity, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring accurate stock records and timely dispatches. The role involves coordinating with transportation, distribution,



and customer service teams to meet service level agreements and resolve operational issues.

The Warehouse

Manager will also implement process improvements, support technology and system usage, lead and develop warehouse personnel, and prepare regular reports on performance, costs, and key metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to ensure efficient, cost-effective warehouse processes.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Forklift Operation and handling material movement equipment, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), basic MS Office tools, and data reporting for operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to guide staff and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in logistics and warehousing.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within large or multi-client facilities, is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
