Location: Mumbai (Airoli)

Shift: Night Shift

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Work at Office)

Key Responsibilities

Mortgage Payment Processing (ACH, Wire, Checks)

Cash Posting & Allocation (PITI)

Daily Cash Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution

Escrow Account Management

Reporting & Compliance Activities

Stakeholder Coordination and Operational Support

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in US Mortgage Operations / Mortgage Servicing / Cash Operations
- Good understanding of Payment Processing, Reconciliation, Escrow, and Accounting Concepts




- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts and 6 Days a Week
