Location: Sector 18, Gurugram

Job Role: Collection Executive

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers (Non-DRA Certified): Graduation is mandatory.
- DRA Certified Candidates: Graduation is not mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to the eligibility criteria.

Salary Details
- EXP- Monthly CTC: 22,700
- Monthly In-Hand Salary: 16,900
- Fresher - 22,000 CTC
- In- hand- 16,200

Job Responsibilities

1. Contact customers who have taken loans and have missed their EMI payments.
2. Politely remind customers to pay their pending EMIs.
3. Follow up with customers regarding overdue loan installments.
4. Explain repayment details and assist customers with payment-related queries.




5. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
6. Ensure professional communication and follow the bank's collection policies.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to work in the collection process.
- Basic knowledge of loan repayments and EMIs is an advantage.
