US Healthcare Recruiter (Travel Nurse & Allied Health Staffing)

About the Role

We are hiring a US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen and place travel clinical professionals with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across the United States. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Roles You Will Recruit For

Travel LPN, Travel LPN (LTC), Travel LPN (Med-Surge), Travel LVN (SNF), Travel RN Unit Manager, Travel Phlebotomist

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and cold calling
- Screen candidates for state licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS), experience and availability
- Explain pay packages, shifts, housing and contract terms (typically 13 weeks)
- Submit matched profiles and coordinate interviews with facilities
- Collect and verify credentialing documents, health records and background checks




- Keep the ATS/CRM updated and meet weekly submission and placement targets
- Stay in touch with placed candidates and handle extensions
- Follow US staffing, compliance and equal-opportunity guidelines

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-4 years of US healthcare or travel nurse recruitment experience (robust freshers may apply)
- Knowledge of LPN, LVN and RN roles and the travel staffing model
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work US time zone shifts
