About the Role

Shri AP Group is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating premium-quality videos and visual creatives for property marketing, social media campaigns and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
- Design skilled real estate posters, social media creatives, brochures and digital advertisements.
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics and color correction.
- Create visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to execute campaigns on time.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator or Canva.




- Understanding of video storytelling, typography, color combinations and visual composition.
- Experience creating short-form social media content.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
- Good communication, creativity and time-management skills.

Experience: 13 years preferred. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: 20,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Work Mode: Work from office.
