Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

Explain company products/services and address customer queries.

Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

Maintain customer databases and update daily calling records.

Build positive customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

04 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
