Job Title:Voice Logger Technical Support

1. Implementation of upgraded VLS systems across existing MASK Branches ( 146 ) and Business Partners of MASK ( 3400) & MACM (12) and for additional branches & BP in future. This upgrade will help us in resolving regulatory queries on timely basis.
2. Implementation of regulatory requirement of 1601 (transactional calls) & 1400 ( promotional calls) toll free numbers for clients and prospects.
3. Implementation of face recognition module across MASK & MACM branches and BPs.
4. Day to day Voice Logger Technical Support L1/L2 for MASK 146 branch & 3000+Aps across India & MACM and monitoring of daily trade reconciliation by coordinating with branches and BPs.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Face Recognition for Dealers.

Day to day technical support.





New developments etc.

New implementation of cloud voice logger devices and obsolete replacement of old devices.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

- Expertise in Telecommunication & Support (Voice Logger, IVR, PRI, CC EPABX etc)
- Knowledge of Voice Logger, PRI, Telco, MsSQL Db, Server etc has worked as support engineer & product manager in previous team of 8 people
- Hands-on with Installation of voice logger and upgradation / implementation as well as testing of application.
- Familiar with current voice project since he has worked as support engineers with our existing vendors company.
- Clearly explains complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; gave a excellent demo during interview explaining the system architecture without jargon.
- Strong analytical approach; described how they debugged a critical production issue under tight deadline by systematically isolating root cause.
- Works well in cross-functional teams; mentioned successful collaboration with design + QA + product in previous sprint deliveries.
