Role Overview

OGES Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience hiring for the Oil &

- Gas and Engineering, Procurement &
- Construction (EPC) sectors. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and project positions, building solid talent pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and joining.

- Recruit engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and project management professionals.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and talent databases.

- Screen candidates for technical experience, project exposure, qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience.

- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming Oil &




- Gas and EPC projects.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and report on hiring progress, turnaround time, and offer-to-joining conversion.

- Manage multiple vacancies and support urgent or high-volume project hiring.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- Proven recruitment experience in the Oil &
- Gas and EPC sectors.

- Strong understanding of technical roles across upstream, midstream, downstream, refinery, petrochemical, or energy projects.

- Experience hiring across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, process, piping, HSE, and QA/QC.

- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple hiring priorities and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and job portals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
