- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.

- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment management processes.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
