Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure site safety by enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and reporting incidents.
- Oversee construction activities in office to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to material availability, labor shortages, or equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage site documentation including daily reports, logs, and records.
