Key Responsibilities

- Track and report email KPIs including delivery, bounce, opens, CTR, CTOR, unsubscribes and conversions.
- Analyze campaign and Journey Builder performance across different audience segments.
- Identify engagement trends, high and low-performing audiences, content patterns and opportunities for optimization.
- Build recurring dashboards and reports for marketing stakeholders.
- Analyze A/B tests and provide recommendations to improve email performance.




- Work with campaign and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement and reporting.
- Translate email and audience data into clear, actionable insights. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting and email analytics.
- Solid understanding of email marketing metrics, deliverability and engagement measurement.
- Experience analyzing audiences, segments and customer engagement data.
- Working knowledge of SFMC Data Extensions and SQL.
- Experience with Excel and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills, especially presenting to varying levels of stakeholders.

Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification and experience with Journey Builder, Intelligence Reports or Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
