Job Title - Sales Associate

Lenskart is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting eyewear, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Assist customers with product features, pricing, offers, and after-sales services.




- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Eligibility

- 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail is preferred.
