Role & responsibilities

Job Summary: The F&B; Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, patient and staff satisfaction, inventory control, and compliance with hospital policies and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily food and beverage operations, including patient meals, staff cafeteria, and catering services.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Monitor meal preparation, portion control, timely delivery, and dietary requirements.
- Supervise, train, and manage F&B; staff to maintain service standards.
- Monitor food inventory, procurement, stock management, and wastage control.
- Coordinate with the Dietetics,



Nursing, Administration, and Purchase departments.
- Handle patient and staff feedback and resolve food service-related complaints.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and departmental budgets.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and food safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile 13 years of relevant experience in F&B; operations .
