Role & responsibilities :

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US Healthcare.

- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims.

- Check claim status and identify reasons for non-payment or denial.

- Work on denials, underpayments, and outstanding accounts.

- Take appropriate follow-up actions to support timely claim resolution.

- Document call details and maintain accurate account notes.

- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

- Work in US/night shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with AR Calling experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM.

- Valuable knowledge of the US Healthcare revenue cycle and insurance claims process.

- Experience in handling claim follow-ups and denials is preferred.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
