- 5+ MW solar project execution experience with vendor network and AutoCAD skills

- Generate and close rooftop solar projects, manage EPC and vendor negotiations, ensure compliance and timely completion, lead team and maintain project margins

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development &
- Sales

- Generate Rooftop Solar projects: 100 KW to 1 MW - Industrial, Warehouse, Factory, School

- Meet clients, do site survey, prepare proposal, costing, quotation - Close deal

1. Project Execution &
- EPC

- Complete EPC management: Structure, Panel, Inverter, Earthing, Net Metering

- Vendor finalization: Module, Inverter, Structure supplier - Best rate negotiation

- Timely project completion - Within 30-45 days per project - Quality check

1. Liasoning &
- Compliance

- DISCOM approvals - Net Metering,



Subsidy file work (PM Surya Ghar)

- CEIG, Electrical Inspector, Safety compliance

- Billing + Collection - Ensure no overdue >15 days

1. Team &
- P&L;

- Hire and lead 3-4 member team: Sales Engineer + Site Engineer + Electrician

- Maintain min 18-20% margin per project

- Daily 6 PM report to Director: Pipeline, Execution %, Collection

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have

- Hands-on experience of 5+ MW executed - Proof must

- Solid network of solar panel/inverter/structure vendors

- Knows AutoCAD layout, Shadow analysis, Costing sheet

- Ready to travel 15 days/month - UP,
