Role & responsibilities

- Promote and demonstrate cosmetic, skincare, wellness, and nutraceutical products to customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Explain product features, advantages, usage, and offers to customers.

- Maintain product displays, shelf arrangement, and in-store visibility.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.

- Build positive customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate; preference for candidates with relevant experience.

- 13 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, wellness, or retail sales preferred.

- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
