Quality Assurance Analyst Reporting QA

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai AASI

Experience: 1.54 Years

Salary: 4.25 LPA

Shift: US / Night Shift

Work Schedule: 5–6 Days per Week

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday /26th October - 18th November| 6:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and modify reports based on business requirements.
- Analyze CRM data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Create dashboards and automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Conduct call quality audits and BDC sold audits.
- Prepare Google Analytics, Bing, Co-Op, and monthly commission reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and improve reporting processes.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas and PivotTables.
- Working knowledge of Power BI,



SQL, Tableau, and Power Automate.
- Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, CRM, or Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with AI tools and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts and 5–6 days per week.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in Quality Assurance, MIS Reporting, Reporting Analytics, or Data Analysis are preferred. Candidates with relevant Data Science backgrounds and solid technical skills are also welcome.
