Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience 1–3 years of experience in application support, L1/L2 support, or maintenance for .NET applications. Basic understanding and handson exposure to the .NET framework (ASP.NET, C#).

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Valuable understanding of software development concepts and integrations. Ability to analyze issues logically and work through structured troubleshooting.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts. Work from Office (5 days a week)
