Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle client queries related to mutual funds on calls.

- Provide product knowledge on mutual funds to clients through phone banking services.

- Process transactions for new and existing customers via phone banking platforms.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in CRM systems.

- Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant financial products.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BFSI industry or equivalent education background (NISM certification 5-A preferred).

- Robust communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
