About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive Accounts to manage financial data, prepare MIS reports, maintain accounting records, and support day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to prepare accurate reports within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to finance and accounts.

- Maintain and update financial data, records, and Excel-based reports.

- Use MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and other formulas for data analysis.

- Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.

- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

- Track accounts payable, accounts receivable, outstanding payments, and collections.

- Assist in invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense management.

- Support GST and TDS documentation and compliance activities.

- Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and variance reports for management.

- Identify discrepancies in financial data and ensure data accuracy.

- Coordinate with internal teams for financial information and reporting.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Excel formulas.

- Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles.

- Understanding of GST, TDS, invoices, and reconciliations.

- Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar tools.

- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related qualification.

- Candidates with relevant experience in MIS reporting and accounts will be preferred.

Experience Required

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, accounts, finance operations, or a similar role.

- Freshers with excellent Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in preparing financial MIS reports.

- Strong Excel knowledge with practical reporting experience.

- Ability to handle accounting data, reconciliations, and documentation independently.

- Experience working in a finance or accounts department will be an advantage.
