The Marine Superintendent is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of assigned vessels. This role involves monitoring day-to-day vessel performance, guiding shipboard teams on marine operations, and ensuring adherence to company policies, international regulations, and industry best practices.

Superintendent will coordinate with ship management and technical teams on voyage planning, incident prevention, audits, and inspections, including vetting and port state control requirements. The role includes reviewing operational reports, conducting ship visits, supporting crew in the implementation of safety management systems, and driving continuous improvement in vessel operations.
