About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates across various technical roles, including software development, AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, and product engineering.

The candidate should be comfortable working with hiring managers, managing multiple requirements, and delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer release and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand job descriptions and translate business requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, experience, communication, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.




- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate expectations, salary negotiations, counteroffers, and offer closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Positive understanding of technical skills, software development technologies, and IT job requirements.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and Naukri database searches.
- Experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong candidate assessment, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets, hiring deadlines.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment MIS reports.
- Ability to source and close candidates within agreed timelines.
