- Store Manager (Max 5 LPA)
- Assistant Store Manager (Max 4 LPA)
- Cluster Manager (Max 8 LPA)

Salary depends on previous CTC. Experience: 3-12 Years

Preferred Industry: Retail, FMCG, QSR, Meat & Poultry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and drive sales performance.
- Supervise staff, inventory, stock availability and billing.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene and store standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.




- Support team management, customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in retail/store operations or customer management.
- Strong communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Experience in the meat, poultry or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
