Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Apna, and other job portals.
- Screen profiles and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Handle recruitment for Sales & Services clients across non-IT industries.
- Ensure timely closures based on client requirements.

Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Solid communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing, job portals, and bulk hiring.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.

Note: Candidates with IT recruitment experience are not eligible. Only candidates with relevant Non-IT recruitment experience should apply.
