Job Summary:

We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, manage outsourced housekeeping staff, and support infection control and quality initiatives in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and allocate staff duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospital areas.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of patient areas, wards, ICUs, OPDs, and waste collection points.
- Maintain housekeeping consumables, linen,



and uniform inventory.
- Handle complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct daily briefings and training for housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality protocols.

Requirements:

- Graduate with 25 years of housekeeping experience in a hospital or hotel.
- Hospital housekeeping experience will be preferred.
- Positive communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
