Position : Intern / Fresher- Trainee / Jr. Recruitment Specialist

Location : Chennai [ Work from Office ]

Qualification : Any Graduate / MSW / MBA HR / ANY Engineering Graduate

Required : GOOD Communication + Sales + Marketing Skills

Job Responsibilities

- Handling full life cycle of the recruitment Process of the organization
- Understanding the prevailing IT - Skill Sets and the job requirement and accordingly sourcing right candidates for the job requirement with the help of available tools.
- Attracting the Candidates by explaining them the job chance we have and details of the requirements
- Providing a BEST in class Candidate Experience.
- Inducing interest with in the candidate by presenting the details of the role in such a manner that they are excited to apply for the same.
- Communicating the details of the positions with the candidates (Sharing the JD on email).
- Emailing the , Position details to the prospective candidates.
- Connecting with the passive candidates on the Social Media like - LinkedIn, FB, Glassdoor etc.
- Doing the necessary follow-up with the candidate collecting his updated profile, collecting the basic information about the candidates CTC, E-CTC, Notice period, his interest etc.
- Going through the candidate profile. Understanding his experience and the areas he / she have worked.
- Working in Various tools, such as MS office, EXCEL - Updating the recruitment tracker
- Organizing the candidate profile in the COMMON Folder




- Submitting the candidate profile with the client.
- Following up with the Senior Stakeholders for a feedback
- Arranging the Interview
- Coordinating the Interviews , Walk-In drives, Campus Interviews
- Offer Management
- Salary Negotiation
- On-boarding Upon Selection making the candidate Join the Company
- POST Offer & Joiner Follow- up the candidate to ensure he/she is comfortably settled in the new organization
- Building Strong Relationship with the resource.
