ELIGIBILITY

- Candidate should be a Graduate Except Technical Graduate.

- Freshers can also apply with Good Knowledge of Advance Excel and Analytical knowledge.

- Candidates should be comfortable with Night Shifts.

- Candidates should be comfortable with Work from Office (sec- 144 NOIDA).

- Contractual Period - 4 Months

- Need candidates who can join immediately.

NOTE - Candidates receiving Cash in-hand Salary would not be considered.

Description The main goal is to authorize agencies, sub-agencies, and employees to conduct insurance business for the insurer. Responsible for processing transactions according to client SLAs and documented procedures. Ensure targets are met and transaction quality complies with predefined standards.



Work within strict deadlines to exceed expectations for process metrics and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Involves a low degree of decision-making, requiring the application of general business understanding and process training. Business rules are fully defined, limiting discretion. Training and ramp time are moderate (2-3 weeks). Standard communication formats are expected. Average handling time (AHT) is low (1-5 minutes), with transactions beyond scope escalated to the next level. Involves minimal financial, business, or regulatory compliance decisions.

PERKS AND BENEFITS

- Salary 2.75 LPA - 3.25 LPA (depending upon skillset experience and last drawn).

- 6 days working. ( Monday to Saturday)
