festivals, seasonal and holiday themes, school and corporate bookings, brand partnerships, sponsorships, ticketed experiences, and special-interest events.
- Study market trends, competitor activities, guest preferences, and the unique strengths of

each venue to recommend events that are commercially viable and suited to that location.
- Prepare event proposals for management approval, covering the concept, target audience,

expected footfall, revenue potential, estimated costs, and projected return on investment.
- Take complete ownership of every approved idea, from ideation and planning through to

on-ground execution and post-event evaluation.
- Track the revenue and footfall generated by each event, and use these insights to refine

future event ideas and maximise returns. 3. Vendor Management & Coordination

- Identify, evaluate, appoint, and manage external vendors and event service providers.
- Coordinate with decorators, fabricators, production agencies, artists, performers, sound and
