We have scheduled a Walk-in Drive for the role of Lead Associate (Accounts Receivable) role on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Nexdigm Office, Pune from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Mentioned under is the list of roles and responsibilities:

- Strong experience of accounts receivable cycle.
- Required to have a positive knowledge of end to end O2C cycle, accounting concepts related to order management, billing, invoicing, cash applications, collections etc
- Experience in handling month end activities
- Exposure to managing a team and clients

Working Model: Work-from-office Shift Timings: General Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will communicated to you during the offer discussion

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:





- A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvising technology to suit the organizations needs.
- B. Com/M. Com/MBA/CA/ICWA degree along with prior exposure of 8 - 10 years in managing Indian accounting process.
- A flair for leading a team and bringing about the best in people (minimum 1 years prior experience in a managerial role)
- The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
- An ability to understand the organizations goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations.
