Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and communication-savvy candidates for the role of Outbound Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for contacting potential/existing customers, explaining products or services, resolving basic queries, and driving sales conversions. This is a sales-oriented voice process based out of our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound calls of customers.
- services clearly and handle customer objections
- Achieve daily/weekly individual performance
- Maintain customer data and update call outcomes in the system
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
- Coordinate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement





Eligibility Criteria

- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Language: Must be fluent in Hindi + Bengali and English + Hindi / Bengali
- Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, willingness to work in a flexible shift's environment having great translation skill.

Shift & Work Details

- Work Mode: Work from Office only
- Shifts: Rotational shifts as per process requirement
- Week Off: Rotational (6 days working, 1 day R. W/O)
