Job Responsibilities

1. Handle customer calls and assist customers with their queries related to personal loans and company services.
2. Explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
3. Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the application process.
4. Generate sales opportunities through calling and effective customer communication.
5. Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up updates in Excel or the company system.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic Hindi and English communication skills.




- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
